Feet It Sofia devised a campaign strategy aimed at engaging potential customers with authentic content while also informing them about their consultation process. Recognizing the effectiveness of customer testimonials, the VVV team proposed creating a testimonial video. THE SOLUTION
The production process began with the development of testimonial personas, derived from a detailed analysis of real customer data. After discussing these archetypes with Feet It Sofia and identifying satisfied clients who matched the personas, we crafted individual scripts for each.Next, we conducted studio scouting and pre-production planning to maximize the efficiency of the shooting schedule. During the filming, we guided the clients with targeted questions to elicit the desired responses for the testimonial video. The process was concluded smoothly in post-production, where we delivered the final content in optimized formats to meet the client’s needs, including several short reel versions designed to boost engagement.
